Q: Why can’t I place my order?
A: You have to register in the website first.  Please also notice that after first registered with the website, you have to check the email box for the registration confirmation letter and activate your account  before you can place your order. And you can come back and login to check the status of your order after placing it.
 
Q: I could not find my country in the shipping destinations. What should I do?
A: If you can’t find your country in the shipping destination list, please contact us by either email to sakuraiyu@hotmail.com or leave a message in the message board to ask about your postage.
 
Q: Do you accept layaway?
A: Yes, a maximum 3-month layaway is accepted.
 

Q: How do I make the payment? What is your paypal account?
A: We only accept payment through paypal and we have two paypal accounts:
      Paypal non-cc account: 1636386@qq.com (when you paying directly from paypal balance)
      Paypal cc account: songguoti@163.com (when you are paying with credit card, direct debit, or bank transfer.) 
Please quote your ORDER NUMBER in the message when you make the payment through paypal.
 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you are ordering dolls, bodies, bust pieces or heads, once the full payment is made, the order can not be canceled. If you are on layaway, you can cancel your order before the final payment is made, however, the previous payment will not be refundable. If you are ordering clothes, the order can be canceled before shipping.
 
Q: Can I choose the small or large bust but not the standard bust for the girls?
A: No. The Spirit girl dolls are all come with assembled with the standard bust. The small and large size bust is extra optional parts which you have to order them separately.
