Any personal information given to spiritdoll.net will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties. We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details during checkout. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
2. How do I place my order?
1) Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2) Click a product you would like to view in further detail.
3) Choose your colour and quantity and click 'add to bag. To add more products select 'continue'.
4) Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.
3. How could I leave a message to Spiritdoll?
1) Register with the Spiritdoll. net website.
2) Click your username in red at the top right of the website to open your personal page.
3) Click My feedback on the left of your personal page.
4) Leave the message and submit.
4. How do I make my payment?
After you place your order, please follow the instructions and it will lead your to the payment page. We only accept payment via Paypal.
5. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
For orders including whole dolls, body parts, only when your order has not been casted, you can cancel or make changes to your order. Please email us to know whether your order has been casted or not. (Usually your order will start to be casted the 2-3 days after the payment has gone through.)
For orders NOT including whole dolls or body parts, only when your order has not been shipped, you can cancel or make changes to your order. Please email us to know whether your order has been shipped or not.
6.How can I add items to my order？
If you would like to add extra items to your order, please email us to stop the shipment of your order first. Then please place a new order for the items you would like to add and email us your new order number. We will subtract the post cost for your later order (Only when the weight of the order is not more than 500g, if your extra order weights more than 500g, we will adjust your post cost.) Then we will ship your two orders together in one package. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to add items to this order.
7. How do I check my order status?
You can track your order status by signing in and accessing the 'My Account' link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the 'My Orders' tab.
8. What if my order never arrived?
Please contact our customer service with your order number and username by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate into your order and help you to find your order. If it was our mistakes, we will resend your order or give you a refund as you request.
9. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
For orders including dolls, body parts, heads, it normally takes about 9-11 weeks for the order to be completed.
For orders including face-up service, it normally takes about 11-14 weeks for the order to be completed.
For orders including outfit set, it normally takes about 9-10 weeks for the order to be completed.
10. Do you accept layaway payment option?
Yes, we accept a maximum three month layaway. You can divide your payment into either 2 or 3 parts. When you placing your order through our website please leave your layaway payment plan in the Order postscript area so that we can put you into the layaway list. After placing your order, please make your first payment within a week and either send a email to email@example.com or leave your message in "My Feedback" (in your personal information page). Please do remember to quote your order number every time when you make your subsequent payment.
11. Do you do custom skin color for single customer?
We only accept custom skin color order under following conditions:
1). When you are ordering one or more whole dolls or bodies in Dolce, Herculean, Proud, Elegance line.
2). When you are ordering two or more whole dolls or bodies in Smart line.
3). When you are ordering three or more whole dolls or bodies in Innocent or Cute line.
4). We DO NOT accept purple, grey, green, blue custom skin color.
5). Please understand that there will be visible sanding marks in the custom skin color bodies.
6). There will be a custom color fee for the order. The cost will depend on the difficulty of your custom color.
7). For skin match order, we will make the custom color as close as possible to your sample, however, we cannot guarantee the custom color is exactly the same as your sample color.
If you fit and accept the above condition, please place the order through our website first, and then send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, skin color, and the doll or bodies you wish to order so that we can adjust your order to a custom skin color order. Please only make the payment after your order is adjusted. If you would like to send us any skin sample to match, please send the sample to our store address. Please DO NOT send any sample with magnets in.
12. Do you do group order for custom skin color?
We can make the custom skin color (in any color) for a group order with at least 5 whole dolls or bodies (Dolce, Herculean, Proud or Elegance line).
Please read the following very carefully before you start a group order:
1). Please understand that there will be visible sanding marks in the custom skin color bodies.
2). There will be a custom color fee for each order. The cost will depend on the difficulty of your custom color and the number of your group members.
3). For skin match order, we will make the custom color as close as possible to your sample, however, please understand that we cannot guarantee the custom color is exactly the same as your sample color.
If you accept the above conditions, you can start a group order. When your have enough group members, each member can place the order through our website quoting your group order skin color in the Order postscript area, and then send email to email@example.com with the order number, skin color, and the doll or bodies you wish to order so that we can adjust your order to a custom skin color order. Please only make the payment after your order is adjusted. If you would like to send us any skin sample to match, please send the sample to our store address. Please DO NOT send any sample with magnets in.
If the group member chooses layaway option, please notice that we accept a maximum three month layaway. The first payment should be at least $150 after the first payment, you can make the rest of the payment as many times as you like during the three months.
After each order is completed, we will directly send the order to each group member's shipping address.
